The creation procedure is made by 3 steps.

After your registration you start the creation procedure by choosing a name and a race for your character, after this step you have to choice the class (not all classes are availables for all races), the last step is to choose the aspect of your character, one small image for travel map and one bigger for talking and combat.

If you change your mind during the creation process you have to end the creation, then you can go inside your character inventory and in the lower right corner you find a button for delete your character. After the delete you have to click the button in the lower left corner for create a new one.
